Hand crafted wine from single vineyard. Nose: tropical aromas with lychees and tree ripened pears and a hint of lemon and mandarin. Palate: Balanced by fresh, crisp apple and some capsicum notes. The palate rounds off with crisp acid which lingers and completes the wine.

Sauvignon Blanc 2010
Fresh pineapple and tropical fruit with a slight citrus lift. Palate: Smooth with fruit sweetness at fist followed by pineapple, lime and grapefruit giving the wine a lusciousness and length. The wine finishes with fresh acidity and lingering minerality.

The grapes from this single vineyard were crafted to produce a wine of seamless balance and quality. Nose: Shows some slight macadamia nut characteristics melded with ripe apricots and peaches. Creamy oak follows. Palate: Has a smooth, light entry. There is an abundance of stone fruit characters that lead to a balanced citrus finish. Good length. Subtle and elegant.
Pale, and creamy. Peachy, slightly spicy and buttery, with hints of apple and vanilla. Toasty notes add complexity and depth. Medium finish.

Peaches, stone fruit , summer fruits. Nice oak influence, deft handling. Shows complexity in the palate, a real flavour of the 2010 vintage. Palate: Full ripe flavours, rich ripe palate. Summer fruits, nectarines, peaches and balanced by judicious use of oak complexity and creaminess. Light yellow, apples and nectarines with summer fruit aromas and a hint of vanilla new oak. Smooth entry. Pleasant nectarine and peach flavours followed by a rich palate and succulent mouth feel. This wine is balanced with fine use of oak on the lingering finish. Very likeable and easy on the palate... A taste of summer.

Pinot Noir 2013
This wine has been hand crafted following meticulous attention in the vineyard. Low crop levels, good canopy management and ripe fruit have combined to make this wine seamless and well balanced. Nose: Full of cherry and spice with a hint of ripe strawberries. Very enticing. Palate: Shows some lightness, almost feminine characteristics. It has silky tannins and black cherries combined with natural fruit sweetness. The wine finishes long with smooth, intergrated phenolics.
